It is the policy of Depot Town Cannabis Co., on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“DTCC”) to respect and protect the privacy of visitors to the website, By using or accessing the Site or Services, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy, and you consent to the learning, collection, and use of your personal information as described in this Policy. The following policy explains how a AU Retailer visitor’s personal information may be collected and used when using the Site.

1. Personal Information Collection.

a. Information you provide. You directly provide DTCC with most of the personal information we collect. We will collect personal identifying information such as names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, age, phone numbers, country of residence, job title, company name, IP address, date of birth, purchase and ordering history, medical specialty, billing information such as credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV2 code, billing address and other information only when a visitor voluntarily provides it to us in the process of registering with the Site, communicating with us or in using other services, for example, if you request more information, place an order, participate in an event or promotion, send questions or comments via contact form or contact customer support, and/or fill out an online survey.

b. Automatically collected device information. We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices (including mobile devices) you use when you access the Site. For example, we may collect and analyze information such as IP addresses, geolocation information, device identifiers, usage, analytics, viewing, logs, metrics, crash data and other device and technical data.

2. Use of Personal Information.

We may use and disclose your personal identifying information in a number of ways related to your use of the Site. For example, we may use your personal identifying information, in connection with processing orders, managing your account, sending you specific, targeted information that may be of interest to you, sending you information about your relationship or transactions with us such as using your e-mail address or mobile number to confirm receipt of your registration on the Site, fulfilling your requests and confirming receipt of a request, sending you advertising or promotional materials, collecting and answering questions and correspondence from our visitors; for marketing and research, or for other similar purposes, or to monitor activities that may violate our policies and to enforce the legal terms that govern your use of our services. We also analyze information about our visitors as a group to make the Site better, but visitors are not individually identified when we do this.

3. Personal Information Disclosure to Third Parties.

DTCC will NOT sell, rent or give a visitor's personally identifying information to a third party, subject to the following exceptions: if DTCC asks for and receives the visitor's permission at the time the personal information is collected; in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as a sale of the Site or merger; or to third-party vendors or service providers that DTCC works with to help carry out services (for example billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing).

When you voluntarily provide personal information to DTCC, you grant DTCC permission to share this information with such third parties for the purpose of carrying out these services. These are independent software and/or service providers and DTCC does not assume any liability about the information collection policies of these providers, or about any kind of issue, legal or otherwise, relating to them. Your personal identifying information may be disclosed if we are compelled by law or legal process to disclose it. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, we obey court orders, and we honor subpoenas and other legal process. We may also disclose such information if we determine, in our sole discretion, that disclosure would be useful in connection with investigating possible non-compliance either with the law or any DTCC policy, including our Terms of Use, or in cases of injury to or interference with (whether intentionally or unintentionally) DTCC's rights or property or those of anyone else who may be harmed by such actions, such as our users or visitors.

We may also share aggregate information (information that is no longer linked to your personally identifiable information) about the users of the Site with our advertisers, business partners, sponsors and certain others. As mentioned above, this aggregate information is used to develop, improve and customize the Site to better serve visitors to the Site. DTCC may also use Google Analytics, a Google tool that helps DTCC analyze the User’s use of the Site. The information collected through said tool, including the User’s IP and URL of the internet page the User is surfing, is stored on Google servers. To DTCC’s knowledge, Google uses such information to evaluate the User’s use of the Site, and to generate reports for sites’ operators on the site’s activity and the internet use. Google may also transfer said information to third parties if required by law or if such third parties processes the information for Google. 4. Editing Information; Unsubscribing from the Site.

We provide instructions on the Site on how you can either edit information previously given (such as your address) or remove yourself from automated messages we send. Should you have a technical problem doing this please contact As a registered user, you may opt out of receiving special offers, promotions or mailings from us or third parties at any time. Only those registered users who have not opted out of receiving such communications from us or third parties will receive such offers. Otherwise, we will not sell our member contact list or provide your personal identifying information to any other person or entity in the ordinary course of our business, although we reserve the right to transfer such information in connection with a change in ownership of DTCC.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your request to update your personal information or remove you from our email list. If we change or delete information in response to your request, we will not then continue to use it; however, some residual information may remain in backup records or records of deletions.

5. Cookies

a. Cookies Used and Defined.

DTCC uses “cookie” technology to enhance a visitor's online experience by making it easier to navigate through the Site or to make an activity work better. Cookies are small pieces of information or files that a website puts on a computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Cookies allow a computer to “remember” information from the Site for future use. DTCC uses information collected by cookies to learn about our visitors' preferences, so that we can make the Site better. The information is about our visitors as a whole, not about individuals.

6. Requests for Feedback.

DTCC may request feedback from visitors regarding an activity or piece of content on the Site. Feedback is used for internal purposes only, and any personally identifiable information that is accidentally submitted is not used for any purpose.

7. Third Party Advertisements and/or Links.

DTCC may include advertisements and/or links to websites operated by third parties that are not sponsors and are not affiliated with or endorsed by DTCC. DTCC tries to make sure that when there are links off the Site, they are working and lead visitors to interesting, fun and informative areas. However, we cannot guarantee what exactly is presented on other sites or where links elsewhere may lead. DTCC is not responsible for the content, practices, or information provided or requested on websites operated by third parties.

These other websites or third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services, subject to their own privacy policies. Further, advertisements on and links to or from DTCC do not constitute sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or approval by DTCC of the content, policies, practices or products or services offered on these websites. DTCC will always mark advertisements as advertisements and will display and notify visitors when they are leaving DTCC.

8. Security

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with DTCC users and visitors is important to us. DTCC implements a variety of technologies to help secure the Site against unauthorized access and takes commercially reasonable efforts to protect the information visitors choose to provide to us. DTCC periodically reviews and updates these measures. DTCC uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. All credit card information is processed by a third-party payment processor. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent (100%) secure. As a result, DTCC cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us or from our online products or services, and a visitor does so at his or her own risk.

10. DTCC’s Parental Consent Policy

DTCC’s Site and Services are restricted to only those over the age of 21, or over the age of 18 with a valid medical marijuana registration card. DTCC does not intend for and takes steps to prevent access to its Site or Services by children, and DTCC is committed to protecting the online privacy of children. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, DTCC will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

11. Transfer of Personal Information Across Borders

If you interact with DTCC or provide your personal information to us, your personal information may be transferred to, processed and maintained on servers or databases in the U.S. The U.S. may have data protection laws that are less protective than the laws of the country in which you reside. By using the Site or providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing and storage of your information in the U.S., in accordance with this Policy. At this time, the Site and applications do not respond to Do Not Track beacons sent by browser plugins.

As our business grows and changes, and as technology and Internet use and practices change, DTCC may, from time to time, change its policies, potentially including this Privacy Policy. If any such changes are made, they will be posted on the Site. Therefore, you should review DTCC’s Privacy Policy and other policies posted on the Site for potential changes when you return to the Website for future visits.
